Return Policy

• No returns or exchanges without a cash register receipt. Textbook returns will also require a copy of the course schedule for the semester the book was purchased for.
• Returns will be accepted for up to 5 business days after the date of purchase or in the case of textbooks, either through the Drop Period or 5 days from the date of receipt, whichever is longer.  However, textbooks purchased after the drop period of the session the book is purchased for will not be returnable.
• In the case of one-week seminars, books can be returned up until closing time of the first day of the seminar.
• Books which were purchased new and have been damaged in any way will be refunded at the used price.
• Calculators and E-books are not returnable once the packaging has been compromised.
• Purchases made with check or cash (over $20) will be refunded by check.  There will be a 10 business day waiting period from the date of return before the check will be processed.
• Refunds under $20.00 will be refunded in cash.
