Dr. Lisa Shaffner, NBCC, LPCMH

Psychology and Sociology

I have been an instructor at Goldey-Beacom College (GBC) for several years in the social sciences. I am an alumnus of GBC, graduating in 2000 and continued on to complete a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and a Dual PhD degree in Psychology. I am a licensed professional counselor of mental health (LPCMH) and maintain a small private therapy practice. My current research area is in the realm of directing and producing documentary films that relate to a variety of cultural, environmental, and personal psychological issues.
