To complete your registration for text messaging***, you must have your cell phone turned on.  You will be taken to a page that will ask you for a validation code.  A message will be sent to your cell phone containing the code. Once you enter this code, click 'Validate' and your account will be activated. After you have activated an account, you can login to your account to activate an additional cell phone and up to two e-mail addresses. 

If you do not have a text-capable device, click here to register to receive alerts via e-mail.  An e-mail will be sent to the account and you will need to click the link provided to validate that e-mail.
