Change of Student Information Your request must include: your name, student ID, last four digits of your social security number, and both your permanent and local/temporary addresses (where your correspondence should be sent while attending the College). An official government document may also be requested for a change of name. The Change of Name/Address Form should be submitted to the Financial Aid/Advisement Office for processing.
Once your completed Transcript Request Form is received, the College will prepare and mail your transcript within two working days. However, during rare periods of high student need (such as graduation or registration) or during holidays or school closings, a slight delay may occur in which case you will be notified. Transcript requests are not fulfilled if an outstanding debt is owed to the College. Currently enrolled students can secure an unofficial academic transcript using the Campus Web module. Fax your Transcript Request Form to (302) 998-8631, email a scanned copy of your Form to registrar@gbc.edu, or mail your Form to: Registrar's Office Your academic transcript request must include: your name at the time you attended the College, your degree program, your dates of enrollment or graduation date, last four digits of your social security number, birth date, signature and the address where the transcript is to be mailed. There is no fee for this service. Your transcript request will be processed within two working days. |
