  • (3 Credits) An introduction to the sources of American law; the federal and state court system; the judicial process; the law of torts and crimes. Greater emphasis, however, is placed on the formation, operation, and discharge of contracts; the law of sales; commercial paper and ethics.
    Prerequisites: ENG 176, MGT 303

  • Law 432 Business Law II
  • (3 Credits) This course continues the student's in-depth analysis of business law by examining topics in government regulation, consumer protection, bailments, agency, real property, wills, trusts, labor, employment laws, and international law.
    Prerequisite: LAW 431 or consent of instructor.
