Verification Request

Students needing to verify enrollment or their Academic Programs should submit the Request for Student Verification Letter Form to the Registrar's Office. Fax requests to (302) 998-8631, email a scanned copy of the form to registrar@gbc.edu or mail your form to:

Allow two working days to process your request. However, during rare periods of high student need (such as graduation or registration) or during holidays or school closings, a slight delay may occur in which case you will be notified. Photo ID must be presented when picking up requested verification document(s).

Enrollment or Degree Verification Procedures

Businesses or organizations requesting a student's enrollment or degree verification can fax a request, along with a signed release from the student, to (302) 998-8631 and allow two business days to process the request. No information about a student can be released over the telephone; all requests must be in writing. If you need assistance, please call (302) 225-6265.
