The Organizational Psychology Concentration offers business administration majors the insight into the psychological dimensions of human behavior within the context of organizations. The concentration is designed to provide an overview of psychological sources of and reactions to people's thoughts, feelings, and actions. Emphasis is placed on understanding the psychological dimensions of human behavior as a means of evaluating performance, planning and managing work, and examining consumer behavior. Special focus is placed on understanding contemporary emotional issues in the workplace, as well as on examining developments and directions in the field of organizational psychology within a global, multicultural context.
