Goldey-Beacom College has proudly partnered with Knack — a Web and app-based platform enabling Goldey-Beacom students to book course-specific Peer Tutoring. Knack Tutors are fellow GBC students who have previously aced the courses they offer assistance in; tutoring is completely free, and sessions can take place in-person or online.

For help with writing and research, GBC’s Director of Academic Support Programs and GBC’s Director of Library and Archives can team up to help students with any writing assignments or communication-related projects, both at the undergraduate and graduate levels. In addition, Goldey-Beacom College endeavors to guide students in using AI tools ethically, responsibly, and critically, and the Academic Support and Library Directors, in consultation with GBC’s instructors, can help students more fully understand AI issues, evaluate use cases, and work with AI tools in ways that enhance learning and critical thinking.
