Summary: Goldey-Beacom College is seeking a new team member to work as a part-time Talent Acquisition and Management Coordinator. The holder of this staff position is responsible for supporting the recruitment process, managing candidate data and enhancing the overall candidate experience. The holder of this position will also assist in the development, implementation and administration of talent management initiatives including onboarding, employee development and performance management.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with two (2) years of relevant experience
Knowledge/Skills/Ability:
Candidate must be attentive, focused, and goal-driven in ensuring that tasks are being completed, while maintaining application processes, training requirements, data entries, and other position-related responsibilities.

Who we are: Located in beautiful, suburban Pike Creek, Delaware, Goldey-Beacom College is a private, co-ed institution with a rich history and high standards of educational excellence. Required Qualifications: We seek an experienced and professional instructor with a record of effective teaching art appreciation at the college level. Applicant may have the opportunity to teach one face-to-face course meeting on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:15-1:30 PM EST. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for fostering student engagement with the visual arts and must hold at least one of the following advanced degrees: an MA in art education, art, or art history; an MFA in art; or a PhD in art history.
Responsibilities: Responsibilities include delivering thoughtfully prepared lectures, facilitating classroom discussions, guiding students through hands-on projects in different media, and cultivating an appreciation for art across cultures and eras. The position requires a Master’s degree in the field of health care management or a related discipline.
