Apply to Graduate

Applications to graduate are now closed.

April 15, 2026

Grad Fest & Regalia Pick-Up

  • Time/Day: Wednesday, April 15, 10am-6pm
  • Location: Events Center
  • Event Details:
    • Regalia Pick-Up
    • Ticket Pick-Up
      • Graduating students will receive 6 tickets each.
      • Every guest, including children, must have a ticket.
      • Students may donate any tickets they do not plan to use. Redistribution of extra tickets will be announced via email the week of April 20th and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
      • Tickets cannot be held for later pick-up.
    • Alumni Association Networking
  • Requirements for Regalia, Ticket Pick-Up:
    1. Indicated you will be walking at Commencement on the Application to Graduate. For questions, contact the Registrar’s Office.
    2. Complete the Graduate Survey. For questions, contact Career Services.
    3. Cannot have any outstanding financial obligations to the College. For questions, contact the Business Office.
    4. Federal Student Loan borrowers need to complete Exit Counseling. For questions, contact the Financial Aid Office.

Caps & Cork Information

Join us at Caps & Cork, an exclusive celebration for the Class of 2026. Open to those 21 and older, this event promises a night of revelry and nostalgia with your favorite GBC staff serving as special guest bartenders. Reminisce with classmates and raise a glass to the achievements of the graduating class.

Doors Open: 9am

Grads Arrive: 9-9:45am

Processional: 10:45am

Diploma Timeline

Step 1

Semester Ends

Final semester and all degree requirements are completed.

Step 2

Grade Pass-back

Grades are passed back to the student record system the Wednesday after the last day of classes.

Step 3

Degree Conferred

All degrees are conferred after grade pass-back occurs and any grade changes are reconciled.

Step 4

Diploma Order

Diplomas are ordered with our vendor, Paradigm, typically within 2 weeks of the semester’s end.

Step 5

Processing Time

Diplomas are processed at Paradigm and take approximately 2-3 weeks.

Step 6

Diploma Shipped

Diplomas are shipped directly from Paradigm to the student approximately 4 weeks after diploma is ordered.

Step 7

CeDiploma

A CeDiploma email is sent to the student’s GBC email account with access to their electronic diploma.

Step 8

Pick Up at GBC

For those who ship to GBC, an email will be sent to inform students when the diploma is ready for pickup.

Step 9

Diploma Reorder

If needed, you can reorder your diploma anytime. For details, visit the Registrar’s webpage

Step 10

Diploma Frames

Order a frame to display your diploma online.

Apply to Graduate!

Join us at the Chase Center on the Riverfront in Wilmington, DE for the Goldey-Beacom College 2025-26 Commencement Ceremony. Continue to check back here as we get closer to Commencement for more information.

Please be aware that graduating students will receive 6 tickets each. Every guest (including children) must have a ticket.

Arrival at Chase Center

Doors open at 9am

Guests may arrive between 9am and 10:30am.

There is plenty of free parking located at the Chase Center on the Riverfront.

Outside of Big Fish Grill on the Riverfront.
