Unwinding Wednesdays are weekly drop-in wellness events designed to help students decompress, slow down, and build community through low-pressure, calming activities. Held mid-week, these arts and crafts style sessions promote mental wellness, mindfulness, and relaxation. Activities are inclusive, beginner friendly, and adaptable, creating a welcoming space for students to reconnect with themselves and each other.
