GBC student graduation photo

I graduated with the first cohort in the GBC Master’s of Arts Counseling Psychology program, and I am so happy that I did. Throughout the two-year program, I developed the knowledge, confidence and connections needed to be successful in the mental health field. My peers from the program have become professional colleagues, and the professors remain a consistent resource while navigating the field. GBC has created a family environment that allows me to return easily when help is needed, even long after graduation.

MACP Robert Williams

At GBC I had every resource needed for success, beginning with technology to the teachers who are professionals in the field. My teachers gave me leeway and confidence to explore any research topic of interest. After my internship and graduation, interviews and job offers started to come. Today, I am a professional counselor working for a great company.

Renata Brito-Cherrin

My cohort in the Master of Counseling Psychology program became very close, enabling us to have rigorous yet intimate dialogue inside the classroom. These “whole class” discussions allowed us to consider topics from a wide range of multicultural perspectives, inviting us to think outside of our comfort zones and examine our own blind spots.
