1. Understand your Account Balance
Check your balance on Campus Web for a detailed breakdown of your total costs for the spring semester. Knowing the total amount due and the deadlines helps you avoid late fees and registration holds.
2. Confirm your Financial Aid Status
Confirm that scholarships, grants, and any federal aid are on your account. If you’re expecting aid, but don’t see it reflected on your balance, contact the Business Office and Financial Aid Office. Delays can prevent you from enrolling in classes for future semesters.
3. Consider a Payment Plan
If you enrolled for a payment plan in spring, confirm you are up to date on payments. If you are not already on a payment plan, make sure to sign up on Campus Web in the Finances tab or contact the Business Office for assistance.
Final Thoughts
If all else fails and you need assistance with your account, do not hesitate to contact the Business Office! With preparation and early communication, you can approach it with confidence instead of stress. No matter where you study, the key is planning.
