Wilmington, DE – With an eye toward the future and a commitment to accessible, career-focused education, Goldey Beacom College (GBC) is launching new graduate programs designed to prepare tomorrow’s leaders in high-demand fields. Through a strategic partnership with Rize Education, the College will offer new MBA concentrations, master’s degrees, and graduate certificates in areas including Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Business Analytics, Information Technology, and Human Resources.

“With industries evolving at lightning speed, students need programs that are flexible, relevant and rigorous,” said Dr. Colleen Perry Keith, president of Goldey-Beacom College. “These new online offerings reflect our mission to help students succeed, wherever they are and wherever they’re going.”

Beginning in fall 2025, GBC will launch MBA concentrations in Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity. These future-focused programs combine technical literacy with ethical leadership and strategic thinking, equipping graduates to lead confidently in an era of rapid innovation.

GBC will also debut two new online master’s degrees this fall: the M.S. in Business Analytics and the M.S. in Information Technology. Each program is designed to empower professionals to make data-informed decisions and lead technology-driven initiatives across industries.

Additionally, the College will introduce several fully online graduate certificate programs, including:

• Graduate Certificate in Artificial Intelligence
• Graduate Certificate in Cybersecurity
• Graduate Certificate in SHRM Certification Prep

The SHRM Prep Certificate is tailored specifically for professionals pursuing SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification and will feature practical, hands-on preparation aligned with real-world HR scenarios.

Founded in 1886, Goldey-Beacom College has approximately 1,300 students enrolled from 29 states and 65 nations. The College offers 48-degree options in its graduate and undergraduate programs with majors in psychology, economics, criminal justice, communication & media, human services, English, and all areas of business, including accounting, business administration, entrepreneurship and finance.

The College began accepting students into three new degree programs in spring 2024: Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management, Master of Science in Human Resource Management, and an MBA Major in Human Resource Management. The College also began offering fully online options for students in the following degree programs: MBA Analytical Track (STEM-designated), traditional MBA program concentration areas, and the MS in Human Resource Management. Additionally, the College offers 21 certificate programs.

The College is committed to connecting its graduates with careers in their respective fields. For over a decade, the College has achieved a 90% placement rate for graduates.
