The 12-credit Foundations of Leadership Certificate is designed for those individuals who seek skills in preparation for leadership roles. Each course within the certificate has a unique focus on areas most important to leadership development: the role of a leader, business ethics, understanding the power of the written word in business, and negotiation skills. To complete the certificate, students must take 4 courses, each worth 3 credits.
To earn conferral of the Foundations of Leadership Certificate, students must earn a minimum of a 2.0 cumulative GPA and satisfy all course requirements.
