Financial Aid Office

The federal financial aid process can sometimes be confusing and bewildering. Advisors are available to answer questions and concerns or guide new as well as returning students and parents through the electronic filing process of the Free Application Form for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

Advisors, assigned to students by their last names, are available to answer questions by phone calls between the hours of 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday - Thursday and 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Fridays. Students and parents who need assistance are encouraged to contact their advisor. Advisors respond to email and telephone voice mail within 24 hours of receipt of the message. Students can call (302) 225-6265 if they need immediate assistance during normal business hours.
