  Career Services Specialist (Part Time)
    Goldey-Beacom College is seeking self-starter capable of coordinating student and graduate job-search activities, reviewing resumes, organizing and conducting career fairs, coordinating internships, and building relationships with employers.  Counsels students in job-search and interviewing skills, and conducts follow-up surveys.   Bachelorís degree with experience in HR, placement, or career services preferred.  Excellent computer and communication skills, including excellent writing skills, are required as well as a strong background in customer service.  Interested candidates should send an email that includes a letter of interest, resume, and a completed GBC Employment application to Dr. Gary L.   Sports Information Specialist (Full Time)
     Goldey-Beacom College is seeking candidates for a full-time position as a Sports Information Specialist.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to: administering all aspects of sports information, game-day statistics and record keeping; coordinating and maintaining the Athletic Department web-site; writing feature stories, athletic department operations; press/media releases, and establishing working relationships with the media.  The position will also include responsibilities for Athletic Department operations such as scheduling, transportation, game day management and billing.  Applicants are expected to have a strong background in computers with knowledge in STAT Crew, Adobe InDesign, Word, Excel and Outlook applications and strong communication abilities, including excellent writing skills.  A Bachelorís degree is required, with a minimum of two yearsí experience in creative writing, sports information, or related field.  Interested candidates should send a letter of interest, a resume, and a completed GBC Employment Application to Chuck Hammond, Director of Athletics, at hammond@gbc.edu or mail to Goldey-Beacom College.
