These include assisting students with personal concerns in a confidential manner, referring students to the appropriate person or office on campus, creating a community living environment within the residence hall and programming events to meet the residents’ needs. In addition, the Resident Assistants works toward developing an effective method of enforcing Residence Life policies and procedures.
