The Student Organization Registration form must be completed and reviewed by the Student Engagement Staff. A faculty/staff advisor to the organization must be selected. Engagement will assist in all aspects of new organization procedure. Review the Guidelines for Organizations per our Student Organization Manual.

Student Organization Registration Form – 2025-2026

For all Student Organizations: Please submit this form at least a month prior to your (event, activity, meeting, fundraiser, or community service) occurrence on or off campus requires submission of an event request form to the Student Engagement Office for review and approval before the activity can take place. The Student Engagement Office is available to assist organizations with planning events held on campus.

Every spring semester Goldey-Beacom chartered and sanctioned student organizations must
submit to the Student Engagement Staff current and accurate information concerning their officers and advisors. Failure to provide this information by the due date will result in the loss of chartered/sanctioned status at Goldey-Beacom College.

In addition to completing this form, your organization must include a copy of your organizations Constitution or Bylaws to complete the renewal process for the 2026-2027 academic year.
