Receiving a book voucher from a college online bookstore is more than just a financial benefit—it’s an acknowledgment of academic effort and a meaningful form of support for students. In an era where the cost of education continues to rise, such vouchers play an important role in easing the burden of purchasing essential learning materials.

How do I know if I qualify for a book voucher?

Login to Campus Web in the Finances tab under My Account Balances. If you have a credit Accounts Receivable balance, you may be eligible to apply. To confirm, reach out to the Business Office via email or phone using:

302-225-6268

[email protected]

Let our office know the amount needed to purchase books, and we will handle the rest (this amount cannot exceed the credit balance on account). You may need to log in to the online bookstore beforehand.

If you receive coverage for books from an outside source, please reach out to the Business Office by phone or email to confirm that we have received these funds and when we can apply the voucher to the online bookstore.

After applying the voucher, what happens next?

The Business Office will send a confirmation email with instructions on how to utilize the voucher.

Login to ECampus  – can be found on Campus Web or by the link below – with your GBC credentials.

Then, place any books/materials you need into your cart for purchase. You can complete this action by shopping on a schedule or on a course. Once completed, go to your cart and follow the checkout instructions accordingly until the Payment Method step. You will see a checkbox labeled “Use Federal Aid Funds”; check it to use the book voucher. Complete the purchase, and you are all set!
