Wilmington, Del. – Goldey-Beacom College (GBC) announced today that it has earned the 2025-2026 Military Friendly® School designation. Institutions earning the Military Friendly® School designation were evaluated using both public data sources and responses from a proprietary survey. More than 1,800 schools participated in the 2025-2026 survey with 830 earning special awards for going above the standard.
Wilmington, DE (03/24/2026) — Sports Information Director Derek Crudele at Goldey-Beacom College (GBC) has been honored as a recipient of the 25-Year Award from College Sports Communicators (CSC), recognizing his 25 years of dedicated service in the athletics communications profession. The CSC 25-Year Award honors members who have completed at least 25 years of full-time work in sports communications or have maintained membership in the national organization for 25 years.
