To help students manage tuition & fee expenses, the College offers a Summer Payment Plan that allows students to divide their summer session balance into three installments. This structure differs from the standard four-installment payment plans that may be available during the fall and spring semesters.
The payment due dates for the summer session are May 15, June 15, and July 15.
How the Summer Payment Plan Works
The Summer Payment Plan is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring student accounts remain in good standing. Under this plan, the total summer semester balance is divided into three scheduled payments rather than four. Because the summer term is shorter than the traditional academic semesters, the payment schedule is condensed to fit within the summer enrollment period.
Students who enroll in the Summer Payment Plan are responsible for making all three installment payments by the established due dates. Failure to make the final payment (July 15) on time may result in additional late fees.
Eligibility Requirements
One important eligibility criterion is the outstanding balance from the immediately preceding semester.
Students may have no more than $500.00 remaining on their account from the semester directly preceding.
For example:
The outstanding balance threshold applies regardless of whether a student is registered for summer courses.
Planning Ahead
Students are encouraged to review their account balances regularly and address any outstanding obligations before the start of a term. Doing so can help ensure continued access to payment plan opportunities and prevent delays in registration, billing, or other student account services.
Questions regarding payment plan eligibility, installment due dates, or outstanding balances should be directed to the College’s Business Office.
