Apostille Process
Some foreign countries require that certified documents produced by the Registrar’s Office include the Secretary of State’s Apostille or Certification. Requests must be made by the student directly. After the document(s) are notarized, students who require an Apostille or Certification for a foreign country or institution should review the Delaware Secretary of State’s website for additional information and guidance.
