Topics such as forecasting, statistical quality control, inventory control, and project management will be studied in detail. Techniques such as linear programming and simulation will be utilized to solve real-world problems in the field. Excel is used extensively in this course. Prerequisite(s): BUS 598

Topics include change management, employee engagement, emotional intelligence, talent management, conflict resolution, ethics, leadership, human capital management and other soft skill requisites for today’s competitive environment. Case studies and experiential exercises are utilized extensively throughout the course.
