The Office of Information Technology (OIT) staff maintains and develops the computing facilities to meet the needs of the students at the College and provides services and support for the entire College community.

GBC’s Career Services staff, located in the Joseph West Jones Center, provides both students and alumni with a wide variety of programs designed to develop their professional skills and achieve their career goals.

Lightning ID

The Lightning ID is available to all enrolled students and current employees. Tap your iPhone, Apple Watch, Samsung Galaxy, or other eligible Android phones at readers across campus to conveniently use your Lightning ID.

Digital Collections

This site contains the Institutional Repository, also known as faculty portfolios, Student Portfolios, and Institutional Archives, which contains images, documents, ledgers, ephemera related to the history of Goldey-Beacom College from 1886 to the present.

Academic Accommodations

Students that have had an IEP/ 504 Plan, or that have a medical diagnosis that limits their educational ability are eligible for reasonable accommodations. These students are supported by the Advising Office, which offers a variety of support options and services that help you succeed in your academic career!

Veterans Resource Group

The Veterans Resource Group (“VRG”) supports our Active Duty, Veterans, and Service members’ families here at GBC. We discuss military relevant topics, like veteran benefits, and share resources available that support our military students. All veterans, service members and families are welcome, as well as students interested in the military. We meet monthly during the common hour on Thursdays.

The VRG also supports GBC’s Veteran’s Appreciation Luncheon hosted every year on Veteran’s Day.
